Finding the ingredients needed to prepare one of her many culinary specialties is a challenge Kelly enjoys. "I love hunting down ingredients," she said. It's so much fun to say, "This rice is from the Valencia region of Spain and is perfect for paella."
"Only fresh vegetables including seasonal produce from my own organic garden - will suit me. I use the best quality seafood, free-range meats and organic produce whenever possible to ensure the meals I prepare for my clients are restaurant quality."
